Hodge appeared before the Finance Committee of the Twenty-Seventh Legislature of the Virgin Islands to present the 2009 budgetary request for the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council of the Virgin Islands.             Read Chief Justice Hodge's Opening Statement  (1710 kb) March 8, 2008       Associate Justices Maria M. Cabret and Ive Arlington Swan were honored on March 8, 2008, among six (6) alumni of Howard University as part of the University’s 84th Charter Day celebrations.
