Bar Admission

The Supreme Court governs the admission of all attorneys to the Virgin Islands Bar. The membership of the Virgin Islands Bar consist Pro Hac Vice Admissions, Special Admissions, Regular Admissions and Prior Admissions.

Attorney Discipline
The Supreme Court has the inherent power to regulate local attorneys. To fulfill this function, the Court has established the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel oversees the regulation of professional conduct in the Virgin Islands, which is critical to preserving the integrity of the judiciary and enhancing public confidence our legal system.
Judicial Discipline
The Supreme Court regulates the conduct of Virgin Islands justices, judges and magistrates. To fulfill this function, the Court has established the Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
